- you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.
- no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back.
- it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.
- it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts

Nigerian Delta Musician Orezi Talks About Music
When did you decide to go into music?
It started a couple of years ago. I was never in the choir like every other (musician) will say. My family loves music, especially my dad. Then I developed the talent for writing when I got to secondary school. When I got to the university the love for music got stronger. Then I decided to know how I sound; so I went to the studio for the first time in 200 level (second year) and the rest is history. When I finished from the university in 2010, I ventured into music professionally.
Your major challenge since you started music?
I had to face the challenge of acceptance when I started, I couldn’t figure out why it was like that. People couldn’t relate with my songs and give me the celebrity status I deserved. It was a major setback but at the same time, I realized it wasn’t just my time, when my time came, I blew up big time.

Please See Your Doctor,Epilepsy is Curable
Mary, a woman in her 40s, narrates her story. “When I resumed at the media house where I was posted to do my primary assignment as a 22-year-old youth corps member, it was the best thing that could happen to me, what with the monthly extra allowance I got. It was approximately 95 per cent of the stipend the Federal Government was paying corps members then. So, life was good.
“My fiancé only knew what I told him about myself, as I withheld the most vital information about my health, fearing that it could make him change his mind if he knew that I was epileptic.

Reduce your Sugar and Salt Intake
As well as creating weight problems, too much sugar causes energy spikes and has been linked to diabetes, depression, and even an increase in suicidal behaviours in young people. Reducing the amount of candy and desserts you eat is only part of the solution, as sugar is also hidden in foods such as bread, cereals, canned foods and vegetables, pasta sauce, margarine, instant mashed potatoes, frozen dinners, low-fat meals, fast food, and ketchup. Sodium is another ingredient that is frequently added to food to improve taste, even though your body needs less than one gram of it a day (about half a teaspoon of table salt).
Too much salt can cause high blood pressure and increase risk of stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, memory loss, and erectile dysfunction.

Coloured Foods Brings Healthy And Long Life
Health experts recommend that you eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. Research shows that different coloured foods have different properties, so you should try to include fruits and veggies from each colour group in your diet.
Red foods: Tomatoes, red bell peppers, guavas, strawberries, apples, cherries, beets, pomegranates, cranberries, watermelons and grapefruits contain vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin C, manganese and quercetin. They reduce risk of cancer (especially prostate and breast cancers), lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, give higher immunity, protection against heart attacks and reduced inflammation.

See Obstacles to a Happy home
It is not uncommon these days to find beautiful young girls with good careers and manners, who ought to have settled down, still believing God for life partners.
Thousands of them can be found in churches praying for life partners.
Many of them are quite amiable but have never had men say a word to them about relationship, let alone marriage.
My decision to write on this issue is reinforced by a testimony read by Pastor Oso at Laughter Foundation and a testimony which Pastor Adeboye has repeated several times and has now documented it.

He described Buhari’s decision as “right and timely.’’
“Buhari took the right decision by telling the military to end the Boko Haram insurgency by November.

“This will enable those concerned to work hard.
