Simple Home Remedies That Can Cure Cracked Heels, Corns and Calluses
Cracked heels are a very common foot problem ranging in severity from a cosmetic to a painful issue. The skin is normally dry and may have a thick callus which appears as yellow or dark brown discolored area of skin, especially along the inside border of the heel. Cracks in the skin are usually obvious.
Some of the causes of cracked heels are dry air, lack of moisture, improper foot care, an unhealthy diet, aging, prolonged standing on hard floors and wearing the wrong types of shoes. Conditions like eczema, psoriasis, corns and calluses, diabetes and thyroid disease may also contribute to the problem.

Not Sure You Have Stomach Ulcer???See Critical Signs
If you have a history of digestive problems, it’s likely that you are very familiar with ulcers and how painful they can be. Ulcers are open sores that can become infected, cause infection throughout the body, and lead to intense pain.
Learning more about ulcers and finding out how to treat them naturally can help you considerably improve your quality of life.
How Stomach Ulcers Develop
Stomach ulcers often develop in response to different stimuli. Experts believe that a diet heavy in fat, oil, spice, or acid can wear away your stomach lining and give ulcers space to develop.
Others believe that stress leads to the development of ulcers. Professional opinion is divided on the subject, although it does seem that anxious people are more likely to have issues with their digestive health in general. This may lead to an increase in ulcer risk.

They Are Still Inlove Yet They Break Up! See Why Here:
Is your relationship with a loved one on the rocks? Read on to see why people in love separate, and what can be done to halt a breakup in its tracks.
In the immortal words of the Beatle’s song, “All you need is love.” But is that, in fact, the case? Does true love automatically guarantee a smooth and faultless path to a lifelong relationship? I think we all know the answer to that question, and the answer is indeed, no!
We probably have all known someone, at one time or another, who has been in what seemed like a blissfully loving relationship, but ended up separating from their partner anyway. The real question is why. Why do two people who are seemingly so in love decide to break up?

See Reason Why Strike Wont Stop In Nigeria
Right now, tertiary hospitals in Nigeria are struggling to get back to life after another series of strikes. The University College Hospital, Ibadan, was crippled for 108 days by a strike called by the Association of Resident Doctors. At LAUTECH Oshogbo, a strike closed the hospital for five months. And in the Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, doctors walked away from their duty posts, leaving their patients to their own means.
The story of the Federal Medical Centre in Owerri is already legendary, as health workers came to ‘work’ every day but spent their time singing and praying on the hospital grounds. Their strike lasted for three months.

The Rate People Take Painkiller Like Sweets is Too Risky
The way some people pop painkillers seem to suggest that the drugs are candies with another name! It is such that many people don’t even consider the fact that they need to see a doctor or, at least, a pharmacist, to complain about whatever pain they may be feeling.
Consequently, by the time many people finally think of seeking medical help, they are almost ready for the morgue.
Perhaps after sleeping pills, the next commonest drug of abuse is pain relief medication. People take pain medications for the relief of pain in various parts of the body and also for various health challenges. Many people are even unaware that certain pain medications are better suited for certain ailments and are therefore better prescribed by a competent professional, who will also monitor the effects, especially when such drugs are to be used for extended period, as in the treatment of chronic pain conditions like arthritis, cancer, etc.
