Drew Manning, a trainer from Utah, U.S, passed a hard mission to  achieve a profound connection between him and his overweight clients. His method was incredible: he gained 70 pounds through an unhealthy diet and no exercise – and then get back into shape.

Drew Manning tried to get his clients’ feelings during training sessions. He started with the ‘special diet’ which included fast food, soda, high-sugar cereal and more. Also he stopped doing fitness activity.
